The help I received from the Villa Marketers was A1. I own 2 properties in Humacao Puerto Rico. One is a 3 bedroom townhouse and the other is a 4 bedroom pool home. Ok I must admit that I was very weiry of how Villa Marketers would do with my rentals and how they would keep my holiday home in California, near Disney Land booked with guests. Afterall I have tried several different companies who all told me the same thing, that they would book my home.
The problem was either I wasn't getting enough rentals, the price I received was too low, the expenses and commisons were too high or I had no control over my holiday home. None of these situations sat well with me, so I was very skepticle about how there program was going to be different. However at this point I didn't have very many options so I took a gamble with them, I wasn't the easiest person to convince however, their words were not empty promises and I was able to get my vacation home back in the black and finally was able to get a little peace about my holiday home, so much I decided to buy a second home and Villa Marketers is now marketing both of my properties.
